Conditions Winter 2023/2024
All prices (minimum stay 4 nights) , including breakfast buffet (regional products and homemade marmelades). Use of wellness area 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). The local tax (€ 5,00) is not included. Bookings only 2-3 nights are additional € 10,- and only 1 night € 15,- per person per night.
Child reductions:
Children up to 2 years free, up to 6 years in an extra bed in the parents‘ room pay 50%, children between 7 and 12 years in an extra bed in the parents‘ room get a reduction of 30%.
The guest is fully liable for willfully caused damage. He is obliged to treat the lodging with due care.The proprietor is not liable for the guests‘ property nor their personal damage. Payment is due on the day of departure at the latest.
Check-in: 2pm until 7pm
On arrival, the rooms will be ready from 2pm not befor.
For different check-in times, we ask for prior telephone agreement.
Check-out: by 10:00am on the day of departure
We accept Cash, EuroCard, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and V-pay. Further, there are 3 cash machines in the village.
Ideally, you should contact us a few days before your arrival and let us know the expected time and the parking space you need.
You are also doing us a big favour if you inform us by telephone of a late arrival.

Our cancellation conditions:
- are only valid in writing. Free cancellation is possible to 30 days before arrival
- If you cancel in the 30 days before the arrival we charge 100 % cancellation costs

- a deposit of 50% is required to secure your group booking.

In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.
In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, we keep the deposit as a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
We will issue a total invoice to your desired address 10 days before arrival. Please tell us exactly which
desired type of accounting.
We ask that you settle the bill in advance upon receipt.
Subsequent changes are very time-consuming and will be charged with a manipulation fee of € 30.00.
If you need individual invoices, please let us know in good time and provide a detailed description
mailing list. A manipulation fee of € 30.00 is also charged here for subsequent changes.
Payment: in advance after receipt of invoice via bank transfer

We ask that you provide your credit card details within the next 48 hours:
- Card type (no American Express)
- Cardholders
- Card number
- Expiry Date
- CVC (rear)
The invalidity of any provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect any other part thereof. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a legal provision very near to its economic context. The same shall apply for any gaps in the contract. The correction of errors, esp. In calculation or typing in written offers, confirmations by the proprietor shall be reserved. Deviations and supplements shall be made in writing.

The General Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contract between you and us and are recognized by you by making your down payment and receiving the booking confirmation.
